Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is payable at check-in or via a payment link.
Cancellations made at least 90 days before your stay will be free of charge.
Cancellations made after this period will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
In special cases, rescheduling may be considered.
If you do not check in by 11:00 AM the day after your booking date without prior notice, your reservation will be considered a No Show and canceled automatically, with full charges applied.
Due to limited room availability, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Guests can book their stay from the previous night to guarantee early check-in.
Infants (0-2 years): Stay free when sharing a parent’s bed (one infant per room). Additional infants incur an extra charge.
Children (3-12 years): Additional charges apply. Booking an adjoining cottage is recommended for families with more than one child.
Children 12 years and above: Charged as adults.
Nasya Beachside Cottages is not liable for disruptions caused by events such as natural disasters, riots, or strikes. Any additional expenses due to such situations will be the guest's responsibility.
