Hotel Policy

Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Our team will reach you out for collecting the booking amount due as per advance policy. The remaining balance is payable at check-in or via a payment link.

Pet Policy:

We welcome pets during your stay. A fee of Rs. 1200 per pet, per night applies. Pets should be well-behaved and not disturb other guests.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made at least 90 days before your scheduled stay will be free of charge. For later cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable. In exceptional cases, we may offer the option to reschedule.

Failure to Arrive at the Resort (No Show):

If you do not check in by 11:00 PM the day after your original booking date without prior notification, your reservation will be considered a No Show and cancelled automatically, with full charges applied.

Early Departure Policy:

If you choose to check out earlier than planned, the remaining nights will be charged in full as a cancellation.

Rates are per room, per night.

Taxes:

All accommodation rates are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Special Requests:

While we will try to accommodate special requests, their fulfilment depends on availability upon arrival.

Personal Belongings:

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their belongings. Nasya Beachside Cottages is not liable for any loss or damage.

Force Majeure:

We are not liable for disruptions caused by unforeseen events like natural disasters, riots, strikes, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, guests are responsible for any additional expenses incurred.
